Thigh – Buttock Lift

Following significant weight loss or due to ageing, the skin in the inside of the thighs becomes loose and acquires a wrinkled appearance. The surgical procedure that corrects this condition places incisions in the groin, extending downward and wrapping around the back of the thigh. However, such a scar can be well hidden under the swimsuit and removal of excess skin can perceptibly improve thigh contour and appearance.

Another technique removes excess skin from the groin down to the knee using an incision along the inseam.

When there is skin excess in the buttocks, the scar after the operation is a horizontal one in the upper half of each buttock.
